The Historical Novel Society North America Conference brings together authors and lovers of historical fiction to connect, learn, and grow. In 2023, over 70 author-presenters and four special guests share their expertise with over 600 in-person and virtual attendees.
In-Person and Virtual - #HNS2023 is the place to celebrate and dig deep into the many facets of historical fiction. Learn craft, marketing, publishing, and more on topics related to the conference theme of "The Working Writer" and attend special events such as the always-popular "Hooch Through History." Also pitch to an agent, attend our Readers Festival, and meet like-minded authors and readers.
