Virtual Conference Platform – Blind & Low Vision

Vimeo is the provider of our virtual platform where the virtual conference will be held. The Vimeo video players are accessible and navigable by keyboard.

While the video players are accessible, some components of the Vimeo website are not fully compliant. If you need a plaintext Word Document that includes direct links to videos and will allow you to bypass navigating Vimeo altogether, please email conference@awpwriter.org with subject line "Virtual Accessibility Request."

All content on the virtual platform will include closed or open captions. All featured events will be ASL interpreted and live-captioned. All virtual events will include captions.
