Elissa Minor teaches English at Portland Community College where she is the faculty advisor for The Bellwether Review and helps coordinate the Carolyn Moore Writers House. She publishes both creative nonfiction and fiction; her book, The Prisoner Pear, was a New York Times editors pick.

Megan Savage is a widely published multigenre writer and Instructor at Portland Community College, where she teaches editing and publishing and co-coordinates the Carolyn Moore Writing Residency. She holds an MFA in fiction from Indiana University where she was fiction editor of Indiana Review.
