Moderator:

Ethan Rutherford is the author of The Peripatetic Coffin and Other Stories, which was a Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers selection and a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Award for First Fiction. He teaches creative writing at Trinity College.

Paul Yoon is the author of a story collection, Once the Shore, and a novel, Snow Hunters. He teaches at Harvard University, and his second collection is The Mountain.

Edward McPherson is the author of three nonfiction books, including the forthcoming essay collection, The History of the Future. His work has won a Pushcart Prize and appeared in a number of venues, including the New York Times Magazine. He teaches at Washington University in St. Louis.

francine j. harris’s first collection, allegiance, was a finalist for the 2013 Kate Tufts Discovery and PEN Open Book Award. She is a Cave Canem fellow and a writer in residence with Front Street Writers. She is a member of the creative writing faculty at Interlochen Center for the Arts.
