Nicole Cooley is the author of a novel and five books of poems, including most recently Girl After Girl After Girl and the forthcoming Of Marriage. She is the director of the MFA Program in Creative Writing and Literary Translation at Queens College-CUNY.
Daisy Hernández is the author of A Cup of Water Under My Bed: A Memoir and coeditor of the feminist anthology Colonize This!. Her work has been published in The Atlantic, Dogwood, Gulf Coast, and Guernica. She’s an assistant professor at Miami University in Ohio.
Beth Ann Fennelly, poet laureate of Mississippi, teaches at the University of Mississippi. The winner of a Pushcart, an NEA, a Fulbright, and a USA Artist Grant, she's published three books of poems, a book of nonfiction, and a cowritten novel. Heating & Cooling: 52 Micro-Memoirs was published in fall 2017.
Dawn Raffel is the author of a bestselling memoir-in-flash, The Secret Life of Objects, two collections of very short stories, and a novel. Her next book, a biography of the Coney Island incubator doctor, will be published by Dutton in 2018. She works as an independent editor in New York.
Grace Talusan teaches at Tufts University and Grub Street. Awards include the Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing, a Fulbright to the Philippines, a Massachusetts Artist Grant, and residencies to Hedgebrook and Ragdale. Her first book, The Body Papers, is forthcoming.
