Would you like AWP staff to handle the online administrative functions of your membership?
When you join or renew, AWP will send you a welcome packet and detailed directions for administering your program's account online. Administering your account is fast and simple, and most directors need only attend to these duties once a year.
For an additional $100 per year, AWP’s staff will update your school’s listing in the online Guide to Writing Programs, ensuring that your program is promoted at awpwriter.org. Your listing in the Guide to Writing Programs is your school’s presence in a directory used by thousands of prospective students each year. For this additional fee, our membership staff will compile a detailed listing for your program, showcasing its degree programs, faculty, and visiting writers.
The rate also includes uploads of your student and faculty lists to our website, guaranteeing that everyone in your program can access their online membership benefits, including access to the Writer’s Calendar, AWP’s Job List, and the print and digital editions of The Writer’s Chronicle. Our concierge rate ensures all members of your program receive full membership benefits—without any additional work on your part.
