William Stobb is the author of five poetry collections, including the National Poetry Series selection, Nervous Systems, and Absentia, both from Penguin Books. He works as Chair of the Wisconsin Poet Laureate Commission, and as Associate Editor of the Minneapolis-based literary magazine, Conduit.  His poems and lyric prose appear in many journals and zines, including American Poetry Review, Colorado Review, Denver Quarterly, DIAGRAM, Kenyon Review, Jacket, New Orleans Review, and Passages North. With David Krump and Will Bulka, Stobb co-wrote the hit Chicago production, Predator: The Musical, which sold out four runs in the summers of 2011 and 2012. Stobb lives in La Crosse Wisconsin, and teaches at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.
