Campbell was born 20 miles downriver from Pittsburgh, PA, in the Beaver Valley and migrated to Florida in the mid-sixties, before the deluge and the hanging chads.   He has also lived and worked in Wyoming, Massachusetts, and held dozens of day labor jobs from coast to coast.    He is most proud of his daughter, Della Rose.
