John Hoppenthaler is the author of three collections of poetry: Domestic Garden, Anticipate the Coming Reservoir, and Lives Of Water, all with Carnegie Mellon University Press.  He has also co-edited Jean Valentine: This-World Company (U of Michigan P, 2012).  A Professor of Creative Writing and Literature at East Carolina University, he edits A Poetry Congeries at Connotation Press: An Online Artifact.
