Suzanne Matson is the author of three novels, most recently, The Tree-Sitter; and two volumes of poetry, Sea Level and Durable Goods.  She has received creative writing fellowships from the National Endowment of the Arts and the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and is a professor at Boston College.
