DISQUIET International Literary Program in Lisbon
Join Portuguese and North American writers for two weeks of workshops, readings, craft talks, cultural exchange and creative community in the heart of one of Europe's most intriguing cities.
The DISQUIET International Literary Program will include workshops in poetry, fiction, and nonfiction, literary walks and other excursions, craft talks, and readings with North American and Portuguese writers in one of the world's most compelling cities. A full scholarship, including airfare, tuition, and lodging, will be awarded to the winner of the DISQUIET Literary Prize for writing in any genre. Full and partial scholarships are also available through a partnership with the Luso-American Development Foundation for North American writers of Portuguese or Luso descent.
