Georgia Bodnar is the founder and principal agent of Noyan Literary, a New York–based agency representing acclaimed authors of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. She has worked with New York Times bestselling and award-winning writers whose books have been translated into more than twenty-five languages and adapted for stage and screen.

Her career spans five years in the nonprofit sector and fourteen years in publishing, including roles in managing editorial at Macmillan and as a senior editor at Penguin Random House, where she spent eight years. She later became a literary agent at United Talent Agency, representing multiple New York Times bestsellers, including Say More by Jen Psaki, I’ll Have What She’s Having by Chelsea Handler, and Worse Than a Lie by Ben Crump, before founding Noyan Literary in 2024.

A native of Omaha, Nebraska, she holds a BA in English from the University of Minnesota and lives in New York City.
