A full weekend in Charlotte that includes lunch and dinner banquets with readings, keynotes, tracks in several genres, open mic sessions, and the opportunity for one-on-one manuscript critiques with editors or agents.

The 2018 North Carolina Writers’ Network Fall Conference features workshops and master classes in poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and the stage and screen, as well as lectures and panels on editing, publishing, the perfect pitch, and more.

The preregistration cost for the full conference is $200 (not including meals) or $260 (including meals) for members, and $300 (not including meals) or $375 (including meals) for nonmembers until October 26. Onsite registration is $450 for the full conference, $350 for Saturday-only attendance, and $250 for Sunday-only attendance. Visit the website for more information.

Featured Writers Include:

The faculty includes poets Morri Creech, Julie Funderburk, and Maureen Ryan Griffin; fiction writers Bryn Chancellor, Randall Kenan, and Susan Rivers; creative nonfiction writers Georgann Eubanks, Judy Goldman, and Cynthia Lewis; and stage and screen writers Ian Finley, Robert Inman, and Paula Martinac. Randall Kenan will deliver the keynote.
