Take your writing to the next level in courses taught by working writers who are also gifted teachers, alongside fellow students who are as passionate, serious, and smart as you are. Enroll as your interests and schedule dictate in our open courses, or pursue a more sustained, rigorous course of study in our certificate program.

Designed with busy adult students in mind, our noncredit courses are offered evenings and weekends at the University of Chicago's Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago.
