The subsidies will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocated funding is exhausted. A subsidy can only be applied to one registration per transaction.

Applying a subsidy to your conference registration is very simple:

  1. Log in or create a free account on our website.
  2. Visit the 2016 Conference Registration Discount for Los Angeles Residents, Students, & Workers page in the online store to view the Terms and Conditions and select the appropriate subsidy.
  3. Add the matching conference registration to your cart in the AWP online store and check out.

The address, enrollment status, or location of employment of the subsidy recipient is subject to verification because AWP must be able to show proof of compliance with the terms of the grant. The subsidy is only available to those who have not yet registered and cannot be retroactively applied to an existing conference registration.

We look forward to seeing you in Los Angeles!
