There has long been a "disparity between the number of women published in Tier 1 literary publications compared to that of men." WWS aims to change that. We will meet once a month for a submission party where we share resources, set goals, provide feedback on cover letters, query letters, applications for residencies, and so on. Trans and nonbinary writers are welcome.
