Carrie Shipers is the author of Ordinary Mourning, Cause for Concern, and Family Resemblances. Her poems have appeared in New England Review, North American Review, Prairie Schooner and The Southern Review. She teaches at the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County.
