Ms. Cindy Skaggs

Cindy Skaggs holds an MFA and an MA in Creative Writing. She is the author of seven romantic suspense novels, and her creative nonfiction has appeared in various literary journals. She is a native of Colorado where she teaches graduate and undergraduate creative writing.
