Ellen Meeropol is the author of three novels, Kinship of Clover ( 2017), On Hurricane Island (2015) and House Arrest (2011). Her short fiction and essay publications include Guernica, Bridges, DoveTales, Pedestal, Rumpus, Portland Magazine, Beyond the Margins, The Drum, and The Writers Chronicle. Ellen holds an MFA in fiction from the Stonecoast program at the University of Southern Maine. She is a founding member of Straw Dog Writers Guild and coordinates its social justice writing project.
