Karen An-hwei Lee is the author of Rose is a Verb: Neo-Georgia’s, Phyla of Joy, Ardor, and In Medias Res plus two chapbooks, most recently What the Sea Earns for a Living. She also published two avant-garde novels, Sonata in K and The Maze of Transparencies. Her book of criticism is Anglophone Literatures in the Asian Diaspora: Literary Transnationalism and Translingual Migrations. She lives in greater Chicago.
