Teka-Lark Fleming is a journalist, satirist and poet. She founded the Blk Grrrl Book Fair, published the MP Chronicle newspaper and is the editor of the Brickbat Revue. Her work has appeared in KFPK's FemMag, LA Weekly, Ebony, Counterpunch and Time. Her new book, the Queen of Inglewood, is out now.
