Serena Fox is an intensive care physician in NYC and the author of Night Shift Poems. She believes that the Humanities have an essential role in teaching and care giving. She gives poetry/medicine seminars at NYU and the University of Iowa. Her poems have appeared in the Paris Review and JAMA.
