Maggie Marshall is a fiction writer, award-winning screenwriter, and actress. She is the co-founder of the Flatiron Writers Room in Asheville, NC (www.flatironwritersroom.com), a literary center that sponsors writing workshops, retreats, author events, networking opportunities and co-working space for writers. She has written for numerous TV shows and is a recipient of the Carl Sautter Memorial Screenwriting Award and a Scriptapalooza Award, both for One-Hour Drama. She is currently at work on a novel, and has had fiction and nonfiction pieces published in The Great Smokies Review.
