Chris Santiago is the author of TULA (Milkweed Editions, 2016) and Small Wars Manual (Milkweed Editions, 2025). Recent poems and prose have appeared in Guernica, The Beloit Poetry Journal, Poetry Northwest, and The Slowdown, hosted by Ada Límon. A McKnight, Kundiman, and Mellon/ACLS Fellow, he received his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California and has taught at USC and the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. He is currently Faculty in Poetry at the California Institute of the Arts.
