I am the youngest of five children and growing up in a military family, I am certainly well-traveled and wise to diversity. Germany is where I spent most of my childhood before settling in Peachtree City, Georgia when I was thirteen years old. Although I don't remember reading a lot growing up, I do remember making up stories in my head all the time. It was not until my freshman year in high school that I began to notice my love and knack for writing. My experience in currently owning and operating a successful wedding venue with my family has given me an edge in the business world. Now, as a mother of two beautiful boys, I find myself constantly making up whimsical stories for my children or coming up with innovative ways to encourage my boys to use their imaginations. I believe in using a very in-direct and discrete method to teaching children while preventing boredom from setting in. Purposely making no sense in order to promote attention to detail and dialog with children; itâ??s all part of massaging those brain muscles a bit.
I especially enjoy writing children's books but I have a speacial place in my heart for fiction novels.
