Tiffany Higgins is the author of And Aeneas Stares into Her Helmet (Carolina Wren Press, 2009), selected by Evie Shockley. Her poems appear in Poetry, the Kenyon Review, Taos Journal, From the Fishouse, and other journals. She writes on ecocultural poetics and translates the work of Alex Simões and other contemporary Brazilian poets. She lives and teaches in Oakland, California.
