Rebecca Manery

Rebecca Manery studies creative writing pedagogy in higher education as a doctoral student at the University of Michigan. In addition to teaching undergraduate courses in creative writing and composition at the University of Michigan, Becca has taught graduate courses in the teaching of writing at Northeastern Illinois University. She also co-founded and -directed Teachers as Writers, a professional development program for Chicago-area teachers at Chicago Teachers' Center.

Becca earned an MFA in Creative Writing from Bennington Writing Seminars in 2009. She also holds a Master's degree in Reading from Northeastern Illinois University.
