Catherine Barnett

Catherine Barnett has received the 2012 James Laughlin Award, a Guggenheim Fellowship, a Whiting Writers' Award, and a Pushcart. The author of The Game of Boxes (Graywolf, 2012) and Into Perfect Spheres Such Holes Are Pierced (Alice James Books, 2004), she will be returning to Barnard College as the Visiting Poet in spring 2014 and regularly teaches in the graduate and undergraduate programs at the New School and NYU.
