emily m. danforth's debut YA novel, The Miseducation of Cameron Post, was winner of the Montana Book Award and High Plains Award and a finalist for the William C. Morris and Lambda awards. Her second novel, Side Talks With Girls, is forthcoming. emily teaches at Rhode Island College in Providence.
