Peggy Robles-Alvarado is a 2014 BRIO performance poet award winner, CantoMundo Fellow, and a two time International Latino Book Award winner and author of Conversations with My Skin and Homenaje A Las Guerreras/Homage to the Warrior Women. She is a planning committee member for the Bronx Book Fair.
Maria Rodriguez-Morales is a poet, writer, and curator. She is the author of Brooklyn’s Daughter. Maria was recognized by the Academy of American Poets in spring 2015. She is a cowriter, coproducer, and cast member of Soledad Speaks, a theatrical spoken word play.
Nancy Mercado is the editor of the Nuyorican Women Writers anthology. A guest curator for the Museum of American Poetics and assistant editor for Eco-poetry.org, she authored It Concerns the Madness and edited the youth anthology If the World Were Mine. Mercado's work is extensively anthologized.
Vanessa Chica Ferreira is a New York City writer and performance poet. She began sharing her poetry in the summer of 2013. Her work appears in the anthologies, No Apologies, Full Circle, and Letras & Nuyorican Women Writers Vol 2.
