This poetry reading features five Tin House authors who are celebrating new books, exhibiting a vibrant range of poetry aesthetics from one of the most original and long-established publishers in the Pacific Northwest.

Moderator:

Gabrielle Bates is the author of Judas Goat (Tin House, 2023). An employee of Open Books: A Poem Emporium and cohost of the podcast The Poet Salon, her poems have appeared in The New Yorker, Ploughshares, POETRY, American Poetry Review, and elsewhere.

Megan Fernandes is an associate professor of English at Lafayette College. Her work has appeared in The New Yorker, Ploughshares, The Common, among others. She is the author of Good Boys (Tin House 2020) and the forthcoming collection I Do Everything I'm Told (Tin House 2023) and lives in New York City.

Jayme Ringleb is the author of So Tall It Ends in Heaven (Tin House, 2022), poems from which have appeared in Poetry, Kenyon Review, Gulf Coast, and Ploughshares. Raised in the southern United States and northern Italy, Jayme currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, and teaches at Meredith College.
