The information below is not comprehensive, and we strongly encourage all exhibitors to carefully read the exhibitors' kit for complete information.

Who do I contact?
If you have questions regarding shipping or decorating you must contact Brede directly. AWP staff members are not authorized to advise exhibitors or attendees on shipping materials or Brede's rates. Please consult your exhibitors' kit for contact information.

Where do I ship my materials?
Your exhibit items may not be shipped to the hotel, nor may any other items associated with AWP's Conference be shipped to the hotel. The exhibitors' kit includes a shipping address to which your items can be sent for warehousing with Brede.

What are the rates for shipping?
Please be advised of any material handling rates associated with your shipment. Shipping and material handling rates are included in the exhibitors' kit, created for you by Brede.

Do I need to rent furniture?
For information on what is included in your exhibit space, please consult the exhibitors' kit.
Booth exhibitors may rent additional furniture for their exhibit space, limited to what can fit in the 8'x8' space allotted each booth. For information on what your space can accommodate, please contact Brede. Booth exhibitors in the past have often rented additional tables, standing shelves, racks, chairs, and purchased small banners and additional signage for their space. Brede can help each booth exhibitor customize an order to the suite the needs of an exhibit space.
Table exhibitors may not rent any additional furniture, beyond extra chairs, signage, or tabletop items, for their exhibit space. Table exhibiting space is limited to the tabletop, and we ask that exhibitor's are considerate of their neighboring exhibitors' space.

Be sure consult the exhibitors' kit for information on any limitations associated with third party shipping and material handling.
