In order to protect your exhibit space and Bookfair materials during Bookfair set-up hours, AWP will assign each exhibit space ONE (1) colored Exhibitor Access Badge for early set-up during non-operating Bookfair hours. This name badge will be assigned to the primary contact person for each table or booth, unless otherwise indicated. This badge will have the individual's name printed on it, and will also act as his/her general conference badge.

Exhibitors MUST have their colored access badge to enter the exhibit hall before Bookfair operating hours. No individuals may enter the hall after operating hours.

The Bookfair exhibit hall will be open for set-up on Wednesday, February 11, 12:00 PM- 5:30 PM, and 7:30-8:30 AM Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. During these hours, all individuals entering the exhibit hall must be accompanied by an individual assigned an Exhibitor Access Badge. No individual will be allowed into the Bookfair Wednesday through Friday without a badge for any reason.
