The Association of Writers & Writing Programs
2009 Sharing Your Exhibit Space

2009 Annual Conference & Bookfair
February 11-14, 2009
Chicago, Illinois
Hilton Chicago

Payment
While you may share your exhibit space with another journal or press, please be aware that AWP treats all exhibit spaces as one entity. AWP is only able to receive a single payment for any exhibit space, and sharing organizations must coordinate that payment with each other. You will have ONE sign for your table or booth.

Primary Contact
Due to the size of AWP's Bookfair, there is one primary contact per table or booth and that individual will be sent all correspondence and updates for the Bookfair. Individuals sharing an exhibit space are responsible for sharing all necessary information with one another. The primary contact for each exhibit space is responsible for returning your Bookfair Contract and Confirmation Form, and for making sales arrangements for journals and presses involved.

Registration
With each table you are assigned ONE complimentary pass and TWO complimentary passes for a booth. Any additional individuals attending the Bookfair must purchase an exhibitor registration separately.

On-line Exhibitors' List
Each exhibit space may provide up to one listing for our online Exhibitors' List, posted alphabetically on AWP's Web site. Organizations sharing a table or booth will be listed on one line. Due the size of the Bookfair, we are unable to separately list organizations sharing a space.

Conference Program Index
Exhibitors will be listed alphabetically in AWP's printed Conference Program. Organizations sharing an exhibit space will be listed together in the program list. Due the size of the Conference Program, we are unable to separately list organizations sharing a space.
